Do you think you’d be depressed if you were not travelling?

For me it's not just the travel, it's the ability to be able to live on my own terms.  I now live on a sailboat and that makes the freedom to move around so much eaiser, slower, but easier.  I also need to be by the sea for my happiness, so the entire setup for me is exactly what makes me wake up every morning with the sun and with a big smile on my face!

If you get depressed when you are not traveling, you need to get help. Traveling may be taking off your mind from issues those cause depression. It’s not healthy to ignore or run away from those issues.

No! I learned during the lockdown in the pandemic to enjoy the moment your in, what you have and the simple things in life. When I did go traveling recently I loved it and want to do more of course. Traveling is not a cure it’s just an experience. If you get depressed cause your not traveling there’s something else going on with you.

No. I do love to travel - but no. My state of mind isn't tied to where I am.
