This list is beyond terrible. I am moving to Maastricht in 6 days. One of the friendliest, cleanest, most peaceful and well connected cities in the world. It sits very close to the bottom of this list.

Riyadh ? Friendliest ??? The laws are so stupid and unpredictable it the worst. Unless you’re working in really good position plus in a very good company. And hope that government will not decide suddenly that your job should be filled by Saudi ( Citizen ).
