🙉Noise Sensitivity Anxiety😰 I am interested to hear from people who struggled with noise and found solutions to improve the impact on stress and anxiety. As a digital nomad, it’s hard to control the amount of noise coming in our living and working environment in some parts of the world. Did any of you tried successfully therapies or other methods to reduce the anxiety and anger caused by external noise? Perhaps you found some helpful YouTube videos? I am also considering the noise reduction headsets but I am worried in could make me even more sensitive over time? Thank you in advance for your tips! 🙏
