Best airbnbs I've stayed at have been new listings. This one was in tulum, they messed up their pricing and their mistake was my massive gain.

Nope. Some of these places dont even exist - I have a couple of friends that got burned by that trick. I always book superhost + reviews

Not anymore, its mostly shit as most properties just relist when the reviews get too negative.

Yes I have. In my case, it turned out to be just as advertised and it was great. Everyone needs to start somewhere.
