good internet connection & nice coworking spaces
a beach with watersport options (surfing, kitesurfing, waterskiing, diving, ...)
a low cost of living. (no armed conflict is a plus)

I am currently in Madagscar and internet is pretty decent but I  don't know about coworking spaces since I travel alone usually..you have waterskiing, nice diving spots, kitesurfing depends on the season and no surfing. I think that your best option would be Egypt which also has the mentioned water sports and better internet connection though I find the weather much nicer in Zanzibar..Egypt is to hot for my taste. You can do surfing and kitesurfing in Morroco as well, in Essaouira ,though I didn't find the internet  so good there and Dakhla is too expensive. Another option would be Watamu - Kenya which I haven't tried yet. You should also take into consideration that Atlantic ocean is much colder and you'll need a wetsuit unlike Egypt or Kenya/Madagascar on Indian ocean where the water is warm

I don't know why so many of you are suggesting Zanzibar. It's a spectacular place and I loved my time there, but there is no such thing as a reliable internet connection on the island.

You can come visit Namibia 🇳🇦 ☀️ 🐘 In Windhoek we got a 60 Mb fiber connection, we have nice coworking spaces, at the Atlantic Ocean you can do watersports and it’s one of the safest African countries. We are actually a bunch of nomads living and working together in Windhoek November and December and over Christmas we go on a big safari tour to the Victoria Falls ☺️ you can get more info here: www.wildwifi.co
