I’m about to open a 27-rooms coliving space in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Can I get some feedback from you all in terms on what sort of equipment/furniture/services/events you would like to have for you to consider staying at one? Thank you for any constructive inputs.

fast AND stable internet/wifi.those green round tables won't do. you need a flat top so you can put a laptop on top and type on it without cutting your wrists on the edge.

Mini fridge in the room to store personal fruits and drinks. I had not the best experience storing my food in public fridges (it was consistently disappearing). So a private mini fridge would be a significant benefit if I would be looking for a long stay.

Assuming for longer term stays....Soft beds with bedsheets and fitted sheets (these things were rare when I lived in Thailand). Strong wifi. Air conditioning. Fully functional kitchens with fridges. Gathering place for community events. Coffee bar on 1st floor. Sound proof rooms!!! A pool eould be wonderful! On site laundry.
