One of my frustrations about long term travel was trying to get high quality workouts in.
Anyone felt the same?
Trying to come up with a way to stay fit (and even improve fitness) while traveling without relying on inconvenient gyms...
Have you dealt with this & if so, have you discovered any solutions?
Thinking light exercise bands & fitness coaching is my best bet but curious to hear what you've done to deal with this?
