Being a nomad is great, but as I am not a regular employee in my home country, I will have 0 pension when I am too old to work. What do you nomads do in terms of retirement plans?

I don't think governments will be able to pay out pensions in 20-30 years so I would advice investing in rentable properties so that when you get to the end of your working's life you'll have enough income to sustain you from rents.

It helps to have a high income.  I bought four houses and still owes money to the bank but I basically have 2 houses paid off. While friends gamble and buy expensive cars. I mostly splurge on food. I stopped work at 39 and now travelling the world. Houses are great as rent rises with inflation etc
