I am a gay 51 y.o. Latin American nomad guy: at what level these would impact one nomad life ? Any tips, comments?

As a gay guy I find it hard to answer this without knowing more about what you want out of the trip and length of stay etc. I feel like you can travel anywhere if you’re prepared to be “straight passing”.Even in Berlin, where I am mostly based and a city seen as super liberal, hate crimes against homosexuals has shot up over 30% this year.It can also be super exciting travelling as a gay guy if you have an open mind. I once went to one of Myanmar’s first gay nights in Yangon!P.s. straight guys please resist the urge to trivialise the OPs concerns. It’s a lot harder than you can ever imagine having to navigate the world not being able to just be your trueself.

I'm shocked by the ignorance in some comments... I'm sure people mean well when they say that you'll be fine in most countries and that nobody cares. We all wish it was the case, but unfortunately it's not, so people, please be mindful when you give advice on a topic that you're not competent enough about. This question is not about your personal opinion!

Thanks for all comments! It was a provocative question and the comments I read shows that even in a nomad community (where people are naturally exposed to other cultures and worldwide experiences) it is difficult to put yourself in someone shoes. To have EMPATHY! Since I was 23 I have lived in France Spain Mexico Unied Emirates Chile and teaved to countries like Pakistan India Nigeria...I am totally out of the closed BUT BE CONSIOUS that there are real issues and risks for LGBTQI community traveller despite laws and formal protection and that impact job opportunities, places to stay and visit (even within a country) and livestyle. Brazil do not consider LGBTQI as crime but is the top country on LGBTQI related crimes and death by violence. And even European countries like Hungary Russia Polaris are not safe for the moment. I will move to Portugal next year and will travel wherever I want but as I gay man I am aware of my context. Finally I was not requesting anyone approval or acceptance for me or anyone from LGBTQI community as we do not need it We demand resect. My question was abaout tips, apps, websites or any other tool that can help as travellers and nomads HAPPY PRIDE MOTH!🏳️‍🌈
