What country have you found the service industry the most welcoming to foreigners?

The US.Update: I know it sounds ironic because of all the crap you hear about the US. However, customer service is a top priority. If you need to return anything, you get a full refund easily. If you are spending money and you have a complaint, companies often bend over backwards to please the customer. If you are a tourist, they still treat you well. I live in Europe and there's no country I've lived in or visited that compares in customer service. But I prefer Europe for other reasons.

I found that it all depends how the foreigners behave. If you are polite, respectful, tip appropriately you can expect in most places great service. Plus it depends what places you choose if you stay in the cheapest place where staff are underpaid u can't expect great service especially for non tippers.

Cambodia and Indonesia. Brazil swings between very good, and the worst I've seen in my life. The unpredictability adds excitement to the experience
