If you want to consider offering co-living + co-working packages: comfortable private rooms with desk space and strong wifi. And if you want to build a proper co-working space: 20-30 seats at least. Strong wifi, ergonomic chairs, coffee, water, fridge, sink, soundproof call booths and meeting rooms [with the option to reserve time slots], maybe even a nice view [but for me that's not a deal maker/breaker]. On-site restaurant with quality food and coffee - the better you can use cheap ingredients to prepare tasty, healthy and good-looking dishes alike, the more people will spend time (and money) on site. Consider also adding activities like tours or something on site [cooking class] and a yoga space, a swimming pool, whatever fits the location.

Universal plug sockets in the rooms.  A room with a view so I can work from the room without feeling cooped up. Communal workspaces, some quiet zones for focus and other zones for networking.  A workshop/studio for creative types, possibly even an art supply shop as well!!  Printers as well... A pool and yoga shala is essential, not just for classes but also for self practice/meditation as well.  Plus coffee and maybe also even a blender to make superfood tonics... Or some kind of bar to order all types of healthy elixirs to power us through the workday or relax the nervous system at night.

High HIGH HIGH speed internet, a lot of wifi router directing every way, seating bag (like fatboy - google it) possibility to rent monitor, keyboard, a lot of power outlet everywhere, maybe rent power bank (i want to work on beach), arrange connection with local repair center (mobile, laptop), SECURE place to keep your Electronics
