How can I find a financial planner that understands nomads?
I'm not going to have a steady income for the next 30 years. I'm not going to feel stuck living in an expensive city just to have a high paying standard 9-5 job.
I'm likely going to heavily freelance some 6 to 9 month periods, not work at all some 3 to 6 (to 12?) month periods, and steadily building passive income over that time. I still want to be able to think about building emergency funds and retirement savings.
Are there any financial planners that can help me plan? It seems like most are more of a "if you continue to make this much money or more regularly for a few decades, you pay off a mortgage in an expensive city and have this much for retirement"
