Hi guys. I was wondering how you deal with keeping a healthy way of eating while you travel. Since in every country you visit you can find different "basic" food supplies how do you deal with it? Just as an example, I am Italian and our meals are typically based on pasta dishes, but abroad it's more expensive and you can't find good parmesan or mozzarella cheese. Do you use a particular app or watch some tutorials online that you can suggest? Thanks in advance, any tip is appreciated.
