When I was in Sucre (Bolivia) many people were there to study Spanish. The accent is clear and easy to understand, the city is nice and cheap and you can plan a longer trip including the Uyuni salt flats, Atacama desert, etc.

There isn’t a “good” or “bad” Spanish accent. It’s like saying “hey! Go to England cause... blah, blah...” As a Spanish teacher, I recommend that you make a list of priorities for you (what you like to do on your spare time, what are important things for you, are you a nature or a city person?), where do you want to be Europe/America, your expectations on taxes, your budget... As for Spain, I know many “academias de español” in cities like Málaga, but in small cities with University you will find that the University has courses open to the public, like Salamanca and Oviedo, at a way more affordable price for life, from there you can travel. Take a look at Asturias, north of Spain, very affordable and newly open to nomadic life, they have an expat fcb group that is really welcomed and useful. That, if you are interested in learning in Europe.

Get away from gringos and you'll have a much better learning curve. Nicaragua is a great spot, cheap, fast wifi in the cities and the ABC School in Granada is well recommended as are numerous others. Be prepared for how inexpensive the country is to live in and the people are wonderfully friendly! Nos vemos pronto...

Don't  go to Chile 🤣😬 I think the best Spanish is from Colombia or Peru. Less slangs 😊
