1. Never check your phone in the morning. Otherwise you risk to dive in infinity pool. 2. Earn your breakfast. It means you should work at least couple of hours before having a breakfast.

I stretch when I wake up. Then get up (don't lie in bed), take a shower - first with cold water, then hot. I wash myself slowly - to remember I am loveable) Then I do 8 sun salutations (I aim for more in the future). Drink a big glass of water. Then sit down with a fresh avocado and a cup of really good coffee (it's a thing - I try to find the best coffee wherever I go - I deserve the best) and check my email etc. I spend no more than an hour on this. Then I go out for a walk. When I come home I will write - blogs, books, posts or whatever I am in the mood for. :)
