What’s the most covid restriction-free place in Europe outside the EU?

Albania... No PCR test needed to enter here.. No quarantine.. 20:00 to 06:00 it's a formal curfew but not very followed. I drove last night at 03:30 AM to airport. No patrols to check, and lots of traffic.. Everything is opened here, bars, restaurants, shops, malls, even Cinemas... Albania following kind of Swedish style 🙂

Infected with a virus that had a 99.97% survival rate. Has.the world gone nuts? You're more likely to die riding a horse, but I don't see stables being shut!!!Btw I've had covid a year back, wasn't great but not the worst virus that we can have
