Yeah I had a little bag full of sims all marked up with their particular country, number, etc. in case I return.  But then upon return I usually can't find the right one, or it expired, or just doesn't work, etc..  Finally just decided that once I leave, that sim card and number are dust.  I usually only use them for the data anyways.

Yup got a bag full of Sim cards too. Btw in the EU you only really need one.
