Other than loneliness (plus the current pandemic), I was wondering what sort of problems other digital nomads face??

One thing nomads tend to forget is that foreign governments owe you nothing. To them, you are a wealthy guest, a business deal, a box on an excel financials spreadsheet. That's it. As such, if you do something wrong or if something happens to you, it can negatively impact the DN community as a whole bc not just you but all of us could be dismissed bc of it. This is why even though being a DN is nice, one should be vigilant to try and be the best guest one can be bc, at the end of the day, you can and will leave to greener pastures, something many locals of cheap (some times very rough) countries cannot do. Other nations are not amusement parks that exist for your merriment. Be humble. Most nomads are, but sadly, some are not, and it creates problems for all of us....or it can anyway...

Ergonomics. I can't build a standing desk or carry the set-up I'd like, plus the different heights of coffee tables etc. makes it really hard to have good posture!
