It cancelled my vacation plans, I rented a cabin in the woods in the Rockies and am waiting for this to all blow over. It's one of the cool things about being a digital nomad. Many, many nomads are a little paranoid and I'd like to not be around them at this time.

A lot of other folks I know who are travel writers/frequent travelers/digital nomads are more concerned about unknowns like quarantines, flight cancellations, etc and are hesitant to book travel in the near future (less because we have fear of contracting the virus) but more because we aren't sure if we are going to end up being displaced/get stuck somewhere if a government decides to shut down borders or flights get halted.

Flight prices are insanely good now with great cancellation policies. Particularly to Europe from the US. For example, these are nonstop round trip flights from SF to London & Barcelona for $448 and SF to London, Barcelona & Madrid for $494.
